Villino San Mamiliano

Villa San Mamiliano is a small, recently constructed, villa only 400m from the sandy beach of Marina di Campo and 500m from the village centre just behind the main building of the Hotel Elba.
It takes its name from the small church nearby.

The villa is accessbile via a small path that leads gently up to the garden.
The first floor is accessed via an authentic old granite staircase and an entrance that leads onto a luminous dining area.
It is not possibile to take cars or scooters into the garden area but cars can be parked at the bottom of the entrance area in order to unload luggage on arrival and departure.

The dining room is equipped with table for eating and lounge area.

The kitchen area has gas cooking rings, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, espresso maker and dishwasher. Amenities in the dining\living area include TV and  air conditioning
A large terrace runs all the way round the lounge\kitchen area and can also be used for eating outside.

The villa has 2 main bedrooms. The main double bedroom with a spacious ensuite complete with bath and shower cabin and hairdryer and air conditioning and TV.

The second bedroom can be made up with twin or double bed and has a bathroom next door to it with shower cabin and hairdryer .

From inside this second bedroom a staircase leads up to two small open single rooms with a small courtesy bathroom.
The first room has a single bed and air conditioning and looks down onto the double\twin room. The second room has two pull down sofa beds and looks down over to the main bedroom below . A small courtesy bathroom lies between the 2  small upper floor bedrooms.
